BLINDING SHINY SHINY ALERT -- oops, too late. :B
Maboroshi no kakera means "shard(s) of an illusion." If the title being in Japanese offends the anti-wapanese in you, just pretend it's in Latin. 8D Or something.
Anyway, this is the same girl from this picture. [link] You can tell those flakes of light were a last minute addition because they don't interact with the rest of the picture. There's no reflection of them on the water, for example.
HENCE THE TITLE. They're not real, they're only an illusion! You know, kinda like those weird sparkley things you see when you get dizzy.
Is it just me, or does this picture... kinda not look like my style? Maybe I've been staring at it for too long.

i love the ripples in the water the best! and i think those shiny flakesare really pretty and that makes the picture really cool!
