Please wish me luck! I can't even begin to describe how much trouble I had with this picture. You'd think backlit hair would be easy for me at least, but nooo -- in fact, I failed so hard with the hair that I re-did it from scratch. I need more practice with hair in motion. The explosion was the only easy part, despite my lack of prior experience of painting explosions. It was a lot like painting big fluffy clouds, except EASIER. It's not perfect, but for a first attempt, I think it looks pretty good.  Oh, and the winking dude is not naked... He's wearing a bodysuit! Gal belongs to Aris Ravenstar; dude belongs to Randy. EDIT: Made some fixes on the hair and the background~ |
