Myrrh and Ephraim from Fire Emblem: Sacred Stones. Speedpainting, done in Adobe Photoshop 7.0 in about 1h 40m. This is my take on #71: That Cute Child for FE100 [link]
That cute 'child' is roughly 1,200 years old. Clinging to Ephraim's cape. I really don't like her on her own, but her relationship with Ephraim was rather cute. I like how their A-support ending is depressing, plausible and fairytale-esque.
Speaking of Ephraim, I've always wondered why they named him that. [link] It's a cool name, just a little out of place. @_@

I love Myrrh <3 And normally I don't like very many female characters, but she's just so awesome. She goes from cute little girl to WHOMG MASSIVE DRAGUN that will roast anything.
I like how you made her look scared and fragile here. Even though we all know she could swallow most soldiers whole.
Lovely color scheme, too... I always have trouble with using warm color schemes. Heck, ANY atmospheric color scheme for that matter. I must learn from you, sensei >:

There's a real lazy way to do atmospheric coloring. Just pick a single color for the highlight, and NEVER change the color until you've defined everything. XD (Yes, that means you apply the highlights on a dark base, rather than shading on a lighter/ medium base)
It's too bad that FE9/10 dragons don't have wings in their human form! But I guess it makes sense plot-wise. If they had wings, Almedha being a dragon would've been too obvious.
But i love love LOVE it! D:
